Lizard 6 - parked in a revetment Maintenance work in the revetment We sat around a lot waiting for General Walker while he was in meetings.

I convinced a young Vietnamese boy to pose for this picture. They were usually too shy.

 
The red seat was for General Glenn D. Walker 4th Inf Div Commander. General Walker rarely used the his seat and flew in the copilot seat. He was a fixed wing pilot and was learning to fly rotary. General Walker was a Major General when I started w/Lizard 6, but was promoted to Lieutenant General sometime in early 1970. This is the right side jump door. Just as I took this picture, the ARVN General turned back to look at the helicopter.
